When you first visit the page, this is what Jennifer Nicole Lee's recording tells you her program is designed to do. Some of her credentials include having past victories as Ms. Bikini America and Ms. Bikini Universe, certified through the ISSA (International Sports Science Association) and as an ACE Personal Trainer, and more recently, author of the Finess Model Program.
The program is pretty much focused around the statement "Why spend money and work on things that aren't designed to help you meet your fitness goals?". Everybody's different, and therefore everybody requires a slightly different training program depending on whether they want to lose weight, gain muscle, and so on.
Official Model Fitness is intended for students, mothers, and businesswomen who are looking to cut as much fat as possible in the least amount of time by fixing diet issues, getting active, and building self-confidence. Much of the standpoint is taken from the point of view that you don't have a whole lot of time to hit the gym, especially with a full time job.
The schedule of this program uses 4 workouts per week, each less than an hour, which should burn fat and tone muscle. The only equipment needed is a gym mat, some light dumbells, and a bench.
Vince DelMonte, creator of Vince Model Fitness, actually has a review on Jennifer's page. He states that her program is very similar the the one he promotes to his female clients, and highly recommends her product.
The only issue I have with this program is it isn't comprehensive for the long-term. By that I mean there's enough information to get you through your first several months of training (and maybe a little further depending on your physique), but you may be discouraged when you hit a plateau and can't seem to improve further. Other than that, it's an excellent beginner's program and I would recommend it just as Vince DelMonte has.
