7 Minute Muscle

Jon Benson writes that his product will have you looking lean, fit, and shredded in just 7 minutes a day. This is from his cumulative research over the past three years, and apparently it works. What do our reviewers, and every other person involved in Health and Fitness think?

It's a good thing he has a 60 day money back guarantee.

You can only go so far from the norm when it comes to fitness. Many exotic and new techniques and exercises will do wonders for many people- however, there comes a point when said programs are either unhelpful or unhealthy! This is a prime example of a sales tactic. Promising that you can make ridiculous progress with as little as 7 minutes a day is simply silly. The human body, to make any sort of progress, requires at least 30 minutes of activity a day!

He goes further to claim that his 'elite level bodybuilding students' only do 14 to 21 minutes of training a day. Such a comment is almost infuriating: It's scammers like these who tarnish the reputation of every legitimate fitness expert who publishes his or her own products.

Stay away from this program, and stay away from this author. His fitness programs will do you no good unless you are in the very worst condition and find it difficult to stay active for more than a couple minutes at a time, which is nearly impossible for any functioning human being. Watch out for any product that is similar to this in both testimonials and structure- use your common sense when reading about garbage like this! It's worth less than half what you pay for. Your money is much better spent elsewhere.
