About This Website
This website was established because a few friends in Ontario were sick of all the fake fitness and diet scams that take advantage of people's need to look and feel better. It was first started as a small database where each person could tell each other about their experiences, and it quickly grew into a large site with a selective mailing list of dedicated people committed to weeding out the lies.
You'll find that in some cases, the creators of the product will personally send it to us or will be contacted by us for the review. This is all done with their consent and you can really learn a lot from a person by interacting with them, both good and bad.
Currently, about one or two new products are reviewed, revised, and posted per month, so check back for more information.
